Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Child Psychologist for a full-time on-site role at our Gurugram location. The Child Psychologist will conduct psychological evaluations, provide therapy sessions for children and families, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain detailed case records. The role will also involve collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the holistic well-being of young patients. The candidate will also be responsible for managing the child therapy centre based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Psychology, including child and developmental psychology
  • Experience in Psychological Testing and Mental Health care involving children
  • Understand the basics of Child development including Occupational therapy, speech therapy, and related aspects.
  • Licensure or certification as a psychologist, with specialization in child psychology being an advantage
  • Relevant professional experience in counseling or therapy for children and families
  • Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
