Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Finance located in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager Finance will handle day-to-day financial operations, oversee budget management, financial reporting, and analysis. They will ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage financial planning, and support strategic financial decisions. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budget management, and financial reporting
  • Proficient in using financial software and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in managing financial compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (such as CPA or CFA) is a plus
  • Experience in the agritech or related industry is beneficial
