Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Job Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records for the company.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and build strong MIS reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements (Tax/ legal/ Payroll etc)
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and department heads.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.
  • Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
  • Knowledge on SAP is preferred and proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PPT.
  • Knowledge on PowerBI is a good addition to the role
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
