Job Description

We are seeking a
QA professional (Manual Testing)
with
2+ years of experience
in software quality assurance and a good understanding of
SQL
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring software quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute
    manual test cases
    to ensure product quality and functionality.
  • Perform
    UI and backend testing
    using SQL queries to validate data.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like
    JIRA
    .
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Participate in
    test planning, review, and requirement analysis
    .
  • Ensure adherence to QA best practices and company processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA documentation and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science
    ,
    Engineering
    , or a related field.
  • 2–4 years
    of experience in
    Manual Testing
    .
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in
    SQL
    for data validation.
  • Familiar with
    testing tools
    such as JIRA, Postman, and Selenium (optional).
  • Understanding of
    SDLC
    and
    Agile
    methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • ISTQB certification
    (preferred but not mandatory).
