Role & responsibilities
1.Sales & Business Development
- Identify, target, and develop new customers for CNC machines in the assigned region.
- Maintain and grow business with existing clients through relationship management.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Regularly visit customer sites to understand requirements, provide technical discussions, and present product capabilities.
- Build long-term relationships with OEMs, job shops, and industrial buyers.
- Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
3. Technical Sales Support
- Understand CNC machine specifications, applications, and process capabilities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations to showcase machine benefits.
- Collaborate with application engineers for tooling, fixture, and process optimization advice.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market strategies.
- Identify emerging market trends and recommend changes to sales strategy.
- Prepare market intelligence reports for management.
5. Order Management & Coordination
- Coordinate with the internal team for proposal preparation, quotations, and technical documentation.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with customers.
- Follow up on order execution and ensure timely machine installation and commissioning.
6. Post-Sales & Service Coordination
- Liaise with service teams for after-sales support, breakdown assistance, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure proper handover and training to customers after installation.
7. Reporting & Administration
- Maintain detailed sales records, CRM entries, and visit reports.
- Present periodic sales performance updates to management.
- Manage budgets for travel, promotions, and exhibitions in the assigned area.
