Role : Lead -Institutional Sales

Location : Trichy

Gender : Male

Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in institutional sales

Salary : 25,000 to 35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage institutional clients and business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Negotiate effectively with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Handle end-to-end institutional sales operations, including client servicing and support.

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and growth.

Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and market feedback to management.

Uphold trust, integrity, and professionalism in all business dealings.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.

0–3 years of experience in sales or institutional client handling.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proven ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Ability to handle overall institutional business operations independently.
