We are looking for a dynamic and motivated BDM Intern to support our sales and business development activities. The intern will help identify new business opportunities, generate leads, engage with clients, and contribute to the company's growth. This role is perfect for freshers who want to build a strong foundation in sales and marketing.We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager (BDM) Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This role offers a monthly stipend of ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 and is open to candidates from any degree background. As a BDM Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and business growth activities by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and assisting in client communication. You will be responsible for conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and follow-ups. This position is remote, based out of Coimbatore, providing you with flexibility while gaining hands-on experience in real-world business development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and contribute to the company's growth. Successful completion of the internship may lead to full-time opportunities based on performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients for business growth.
  • Assist in lead generation through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update client data and CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for sales and marketing activities.
  • Follow up with clients to schedule meetings and gather requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings, reviews, and brainstorming sessions.
  • Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
  • Good research, analytical, and networking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
