Salesforce Developer Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, along with proven experience in modern Salesforce development technologies and DevOps practices.

Job Location Indore/Pune/Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies
  • Implement and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features to meet business requirements
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all development work
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
  • Support the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
  • Implement and maintain DevOps practices for efficient development and deployment processes
  • Understand business, functional, and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Communicate project initiatives to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required - Computer Science or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer
  • Strong proficiency in Apex development, including triggers, classes, and test methods
  • Expert knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework
  • Extensive experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations and customizations
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, error handling, and data synchronization strategies
  • Proven experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and tools
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and sharing architecture
  • Experience with version control systems (preferably Git)
  • Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation and customization
  • Knowledge of Revenue Cloud and its integration with other Salesforce products
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce development
  • Integration experience with external systems using APIs
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality
