Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
 
HR Technical Recruiter
 
to manage end-to-end recruitment for service related roles across Pharma/Biotech functions such as Data Science, Data Managers, Data Engineer, and other Support Services. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharma/life sciences recruitment and a passion for identifying top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for positions in the pharmaceutical domain, including understanding role requirements, interviewing candidates, screening, scheduling interviews, and managing offers.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment with strict timelines
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing using job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and manage interview logistics and feedback collection.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment and hiring policies, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, quality of hire).
  • Work with good colleges in hiring recent graduates.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).


•
 
2-5years of recruitment experience, preferably in pharma, biotech, CRO, or healthcare sectors.


•
 
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


•
 
Proficiency in using
 
MS Office tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with pharma clients or in a small startup serving pharma or technology industry.
