Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Visa Filer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications for clients or employees, ensuring full compliance with the immigration laws and embassy requirements of various countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and verify documents required for different types of visa applications (tourist, business, work, student, etc.).
  • Complete and submit visa application forms online or offline, as per specific embassy or consulate requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa processes, embassy regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Schedule visa appointments/interviews with embassies and consulates.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure timely submission of all required paperwork.
  • Track application status and follow up with clients or embassies as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
  • Prepare cover letters, affidavits, and other supporting documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of all visa filings and renewals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (HR, travel desk) or external consultants if applicable.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in visa filing, immigration services, or a related administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of visa and immigration policies for countries like [US, UK, Canada, Schengen, etc.].
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online application portals.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
  • [Bachelor's degree / diploma] in any discipline (Law, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, etc. preferred).

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience using visa filing software or case management systems.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with specific visa types (H1B, B1/B2, Schengen, etc.).
