**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa processes, embassy regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Schedule visa appointments/interviews with embassies and consulates.
- Communicate with clients to ensure timely submission of all required paperwork.
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
- Prepare cover letters, affidavits, and other supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all visa filings and renewals.
- Coordinate with internal departments (HR, travel desk) or external consultants if applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in visa filing, immigration services, or a related administrative role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of visa and immigration policies for countries like [US, UK, Canada, Schengen, etc.].
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to handle multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
- [Bachelor’s degree / diploma] in any discipline (Law, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, etc. preferred).

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Experience using visa filing software or case management systems.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with specific visa types (H1B, B1/B2, Schengen, etc.).
