About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile and creative Content Creator & Writer to develop high-quality content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong writing, storytelling, and research skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for websites, blogs, SEO copy, social media, healthcare & wellness topics, technical documentation, and video scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, compelling, and original content for social media posts, blogs, website pages, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Write engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts, website copy, and long-form articles.
  • Develop social media content, including posts, captions, short-form text, and relevant hashtags.
  • Produce accurate and well-researched content for the healthcare, wellness, and medical billing sectors.
  • Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Write scripts for explainer videos, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Brainstorm creative ideas for multimedia content, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Assist in developing social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Craft sensitive, informative, and educational content focused on mental health topics.
  • Develop creative copy that aligns with brand voice and strategic objectives.
  • Experience in writing for reels,shorts, and viral video content.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field (Healthcare/Technical writing background is a plus)
  • Experience: 1–3 years in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing (portfolio or samples required)
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for digital content.

Skills :

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword optimization
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
  • Ability to write across diverse formats (blogs, scripts, social, technical docs)
  • Creativity with attention to detail and deadlines
  • (Preferred) Experience in healthcare/wellness, mental health, or technical writing
  • Video editing or content creation skills (a plus)
