Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Nagpur. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing strategies, developing and optimizing content, and overseeing social media optimization (SMO). Daily tasks include creating and scheduling posts, engaging with the online community, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the content team to develop strategic content plans.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Ability to develop effective Content Strategies
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and related tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in the IT or BPO industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
