Job description:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics & Animated Video Creator who can craft engaging explainer videos for our software products and IT services. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, animation expertise, and the ability to convert technical processes into simple, visually compelling videos that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic videos based on product workflows and user journeys.
  • Create high-quality 2D animated explainer videos using tools like After Effects, Adobe Animate, Vyond, or similar.
  • Collaborate with the content and product teams to understand software features, USPs, and key messages.
  • Produce screen-recording-style UI demos with animated callouts and narration.
  • Design process animations for SaaS-based and enterprise software tools.
  • Add background music, sound effects, and voiceover sync where required.
  • Deliver content aligned with brand guidelines and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in creating explainer videos and motion graphics (portfolio is a must).
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Vyond, or Blender.
  • Strong sense of animation, transitions, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and SaaS/software products is a plus.
  • Degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience creating product walkthroughs for SaaS platforms or mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with voiceover syncing and video scripting.
  • Ability to create social media motion graphics snippets and short promo videos.
  • Knowledge of HTML5 animations or Lottie animations is a plus.
