Project Name: Project Management Consultancy Services (PMC) for Construction of Double line electrified Railway Track with signalling and telecommunication system and related infrastructure for the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor Project.

Functional Area: Contract Engineer

Location: Sector 145, Noida.

Duration: 12 months, extendable

Qualification: Minimum B.E./B.Tech. (Civil Engineering).

Overall Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience.

Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years continuous experience in the management of contracts related to transport infrastructure works, including Variation/Claims/EOT. Fully conversant with FIDIC Conditions of Contract

Age: Preferably below 30 years.

Functional Role: Contract Engineer shall be responsible for carrying out tasks related to Contracts Management/Project Management in relation to independently handling EOT, DAB, and Arbitration cases; administering the PMC contract based on FIDIC conditions, assisting various departments relating to various contract provisions; Drafting of contractual letters to the contractor, and drafting replies to the letters received from the contractor. Responsible for contracts, preparation of SOC (Statement of Claims), rejoinder etc. Meeting the deadline set by the Project Director / Dy. Project Director/ Chief Contracts Administrator. Contract administration & commercial role for Client billing, Escalation, Variation orders, dealing with Contractual clauses, claims, rate analysis for extra items as per FIDIC. Assist Chief Contract Administrator/Sr. Contract Manager/Contract Manager in all contractual matters within the targets set by him.
