Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals.

Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.

Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and fostering discussions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.

Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep strategies current.

Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.

Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience managing social media platforms and campaigns.

Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.

Proficiency in social media management tools.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Oversee social media tools and platforms, ensuring efficient workflow and content scheduling.
