Position Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Sales Professional with hands-on experience in safety lifeline and fall protection systems. The candidate will be responsible for driving business development, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in Pune and the surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Pune, Maharashtra, and nearby markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, safety officers, and end-users.
  • Promote company products and solutions (lifeline systems, fall arrest systems, and related safety equipment).
  • Conduct site visits, product presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Collaborate with the design & technical team to provide customized solutions.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
  • Negotiate and close sales to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Keep updated on industry standards (EN/ANSI/OSHA/IS) and competitor activities.
  • Participate in exhibitions, safety awareness programs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of proven sales experience in
    safety lifeline, fall protection systems, or related safety products (PPE, scaffolding, height safety solutions, etc.)
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    work-at-height safety requirements, standards, and systems
    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel across Maharashtra and nearby states.
