About the Role:

We are seeking an articulate and customer-focused Sales Telecaller to represent our luxury brand and products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a refined sense of service, and the ability to build trust-based relationships with discerning clients. You will play a key role in promoting our premium offerings, nurturing leads, and ensuring an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with high-value clients and prospects through outbound and inbound calls to introduce luxury products and services.
  • Understand clients' preferences, lifestyles, and aspirations to recommend the most suitable products.
  • Follow up with potential clients, maintain rapport, and ensure a seamless pre- and post-sales experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, call logs, and lead status reports in CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while upholding brand integrity.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and showroom teams to support client conversions and exclusive promotions.
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback with utmost professionalism and discretion.

  • Represent the brand's tone, aesthetics, and values in every interaction.

  • Experience: 1–4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service within the luxury, lifestyle, fashion, jewelry, automotive, or hospitality sector.

  • Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Polished and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to engage affluent clients and understand luxury buying behavior.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus).
