We’re seeking a dynamic **Influencer Marketing Specialist** to build, manage, and grow our influencer and creator ecosystem across platforms. You’ll play a key role in boosting brand awareness, credibility, and sales by strategically collaborating with content creators, beauty experts, and nano/micro influencers to promote our brands - **Epitight**, **Cozitis**, and **Niconi**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Influencer Partnerships**
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, dermatologists, beauty creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Develop creative influencer briefs and campaigns aligned with brand messaging.
- Negotiate collaborations (barter & paid) and ensure timely content delivery.

**Campaign Planning & Execution**
- Plan monthly influencer campaigns in sync with product launches, seasonal promotions, and social media strategy.
- Track influencer performance using metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Ensure content quality and brand alignment across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

**Performance & Reporting**
- Maintain an updated influencer database with performance records and campaign history.
- Prepare campaign reports, analyze results, and optimize future strategies.
- Explore affiliate or referral-based programs to track influencer-led sales.

**Key Requirements**:

- 1-4 years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management (beauty/FMCG preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and content trends in the beauty and lifestyle space.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Passion for skincare, haircare, and content-driven brand building.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
