Jira Admin (Atlassian Certified ACP-120) (On-Site/Hybrid)

Location: Bangalore, India

Other Locations: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and Gurugram.

Contract Position - 1 year (extendable)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Required (OR Notice period 1 Month) Hybrid - 2 to 3 days WFO will day shift 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Shift - 5:30 pm to 2:30 AM IST

Job Description:

We are seeking an Atlassian Administrator with 5+ years of experience expertise in managing, configuring, and optimizing Atlassian tools including Jira (Cloud & Data Center), Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, Bitbucket, and related products. Good Exposure in cloud migrations, integrations, and automations across enterprise environments. Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Jira workflows, plugins, and performance optimization.

Requirements:

Perform Jira administration and application on support of Structure, JEMH, EazyBI, ScriptRunner.

Manage all aspects of the Jira tool chain including workflows, custom fields, schemes, add-ons and integrations.

Create, customize, and maintain support dashboards and advanced filters for end users reporting capabilities.

Knowledge of Structures Expr formulas.

Experience of Scripting (Groovy, ScriptRunner)

Ability to multi-task and balance tasks with varying priorities.
