We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Basis Administrator with 12+ years of experience to lead SAP system administration, performance tuning, and landscape management. The role requires deep expertise in SAP Basis, HANA, and cloud technologies, along with proven leadership in managing large-scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP Basis administration across multiple landscapes, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations (on-premise and cloud).
  • Manage and optimize SAP HANA, S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Solution Manager, PI/PO, and Fiori systems.
  • Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, transport management, and database administration.
  • Oversee user administration, security, authorization, and compliance.
  • Plan and execute backup, recovery, and high-availability strategies (HA/DR).
  • Drive system refreshes, patch management, and OS/DB migrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and business continuity.
  • Mentor junior administrators and manage offshore/onshore support teams.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of SAP Basis administration experience with strong exposure to HANA and S/4HANA.
  • Expertise in SAP landscape design, upgrades, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in performance, system errors, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience in Solution Manager (ChaRM, Monitoring, Diagnostics).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
