For our new FSI Unit (SAP Fioneer) emerging from a strategic partnership with SAP, we are looking for dynamic new colleagues to build up and develop our financial solutions for the next generation banking and insurance industry.

Our vision for the banking and insurance companies of the future are customer centric high touch lifestyle institutions with efficient data management, state of the art regulation, based in the cloud.

SAP Fioneer will use its agility to build a modern, cloud focused FSI specific portfolio. The company will offer solutions to financial service providers tailored to address their needs and that cover their operative processes end-to-end. This will help banks, insurers, and other corporations to lower the need for home-grown solutions to enable new business models achieving rapid innovation, low IT cost and getting to a simplified operating model.

**Requirements**:
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar, required.
- Strong knowledge in Basis administration
- 2 - 5 years of experience in SAP system administration
- SAP knowledge in Background job scheduling, SAP Notes management, SAP Systems monitoring
- Ensure excellent quality and maintain high standards in all processes listed in the relevant process map
- Work with geographically distributed teams seamlessly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and changing business environment. Flexibility and adaptability are must haves to be successful in this role.

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**

In role as Basis system administrator, you will be required to have the below:
- Providing technical support for SAP systems
- Responding to customer tickets in a timely manner, owning Basis issues to resolution
- Proactively identifying the root cause of issues and recommending and implementing solutions
- Experience in working 24x7 support model at L2 level
- Knowledge in the following SAP areas: SAP Solution manager, SAP BASIS ABAP system administration, performance/workload analysis, HANA database administration preferred, and SAP Business Technology Platform administration and support.

**SOFT SKILLS**
- Fluent English speaker, writer, and reader
- Good analytical and fast learning skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Calm and steady, should be able to handle customers in Sev 1, Sev 2 situations and de-escalate
