About the Role

As a TIBCO Senior Developer at NCG, you will design, develop, and maintain integration solutions that enable seamless data flow and process automation across our business units. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient TIBCO-based solutions. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and develop integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) and TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) .
  • Implement business processes based on technical specifications, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct unit testing and peer reviews to ensure solution quality.
  • Support functional testing during SIT and UAT phases.
  • Debug existing code and provide quick resolutions for production issues.
  • Manage BW migration activities with minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical deliverables meet business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • TIBCO Expertise: Proficiency in TIBCO BW 5.x , TIBCO EMS , TIBCO Administrator , and SOA architecture .
  • Strong knowledge of XML , XSD , and XSLT .
  • Minimum 69 years in software development with at least 5 years in TIBCO technologies.
  • Experience in application deployment in development and production environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
