About the Role

As aTIBCO Senior Developerat NCG, you will design, develop, and maintain integration solutions that enable seamless data flow and process automation across our business units. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient TIBCO-based solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and develop integration solutions usingTIBCO BusinessWorks (BW)andTIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS).
  • Implement business processes based on technical specifications, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Conductunit testingand peer reviews to ensure solution quality.
  • Support functional testing duringSITandUATphases.
  • Debug existing code and provide quick resolutions for production issues.
  • ManageBW migration activitieswith minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical deliverables meet business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • TIBCO Expertise:Proficiency inTIBCO BW 5.x,TIBCO EMS,TIBCO Administrator, andSOA architecture.
  • Strong knowledge ofXML,XSD, andXSLT.
  • Minimum69 yearsin software development with at least 5 years in TIBCO technologies.
  • Experience in application deployment in development and production environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
