Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and configure applications tailored to business processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate actively with team members to understand project needs and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Optimise application performance and usability through rigorous testing and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in team discussions, contributing technical insights and solutions to work-related challenges.
  • Assist in documentation of application specifications and user guides to support users and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
  • Perform independently and progress towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the domain.

Professional and Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have: Proficiency in Talend ETL (minimum 3 years of experience required).
  • Good To Have: Experience with JasperReports and TIBCO Jaspersoft / Jaspersoft Talend ETL tool.
  • Strong understanding of data integration processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining ETL workflows.
  • Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and SQL.
  • Experience with data ETL operations from Cloud platforms and exposure through API resources.

Candidate Criteria:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering/IT/Software Engineering is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics projects and Talend ETL.
  • Mumbai-based candidates only.
  • Must have completed at least 15 years of full time education.
