Core responsibilities

Campaign management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.

Team leadership: Manage and supervise the regional marketing team, providing guidance and ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to align efforts, support sales goals, and drive revenue.

Market analysis: Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and analyze regional trends to identify new opportunities and inform strategy.

Budget management: Manage the regional marketing budget, allocate funds effectively, and track return on investment (ROI) for all initiatives.

Performance tracking: Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, brand awareness metrics, and lead generation to senior management.

Required qualifications

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.

Several years of experience in a marketing role, with some experience in a similar position.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
