**Job Summary:**

The Accountant will play a crucial role in managing our accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. **Maintain Books of Accounts:**

  2. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

  3. Manage the general ledger and ensure all accounts are reconciled.

  4. **Invoice Handling:**

  5. Process, verify, and reconcile invoices.

  6. Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.

  7. **Financial Reporting:**

  8. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  9. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

  10. **Tax Management:**

  11. Manage GST and TDS compliance and filings.

  12. Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and ensure adherence.

  13. **Audit Support:**

  14. Assist in internal and external audits.

  15. Prepare necessary documentation and reports for audit purposes.

  16. **System Management:**

  17. Utilize Tally/ERP systems for efficient financial management.

  18. Maintain and update financial data in MS Excel.

  19. **Collaboration and Teamwork:**

  20. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

  21. Provide support and assistance to team members as needed.

**Qualifications:**

  • **Education:**

  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree or equivalent qualification in accounting/finance.

  • **Experience:**

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing accounting operations.

  • **Technical Skills:**

  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • **Key Competencies:**

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
