Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences. As a vital part of our hospitality operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a background in hospitality management or hotel operations.

Duties

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate guest records.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Assist with guest relations by addressing special requests or concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction..
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery.
