Female warden

We are seeking a responsible, caring, and disciplined Female Warden to oversee the hostel and ensure the welfare, safety, and discipline of girl students in a residential school. The warden will be responsible for creating a homely, secure, and nurturing environment for students while maintaining hostel rules and discipline. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and take care of girl students in the hostel. Maintain discipline, hygiene, and safety within the hostel premises. Ensure students follow hostel rules and daily schedules (study hours, meals, bedtime, etc.). Act as a guardian to students, addressing their emotional, personal, and academic concerns. Monitor attendance in hostel, dining hall, and study hours. Report any incidents, health issues, or irregularities to the Principal/Administration. Coordinate with school authorities, teachers, and parents regarding students' progress and well-being. Maintain proper records related to hostel activities, student movements, and health. Requirements: Graduate (preferably in Education/Child Care/Social Work). Previous experience as a Warden/Matron in a residential school/hostel preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain discipline with a caring and approachable attitude. Must be willing to stay inside the campus (residential position).

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
