Position Overview:

The Warehouse Assistant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations of the central kitchen warehouse. This includes managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and packaging items to outlets while ensuring accuracy, hygiene, and timely coordination with the kitchen and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive and verify incoming materials, ingredients, and packaging items as per purchase orders.

· Assist in systematic storage, labeling, and maintenance of raw and dry goods.

· Coordinate daily dispatches from the central kitchen to outlets.

· Maintain stock registers and assist in daily inventory updates.

· Support monthly and weekly stock audits and variance reporting.

· Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) system and quality standards in storage.

· Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.

· Update inventory records using Excel or Tally and share daily stock reports with the kitchen and operations team.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Education: 10th – 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

· Skills: Warehouse operations, logistics coordination, inventory control, supply handling.

· Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, Excel preferred, Tally knowledge is an advantage.

· Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, physically fit, disciplined, and team player.
