Position Overview

The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring that work is executed as per design, schedule, and quality standards. This role involves close coordination with contractors, engineers, and the project management team to achieve on-time completion and smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure progress as per plan.
  

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors for timely material and manpower availability.
  

• Check and ensure quality of work, measurements, and adherence to drawings and specifications.
  

• Maintain site logs, attendance, and daily progress reports.
  

• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards at the site.
  

• Support billing and estimation teams with measurements and documentation.
  

• Report delays, material shortages, and manpower issues to the project manager.
  

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with construction schedules and technical standards.
  

Requirements Required Skills

• Strong technical understanding of civil/interior construction processes.
  

• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic site documentation.
  

• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
  

• Knowledge of quality and safety procedures at construction sites.
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
  

• 2–3 years of site supervision experience in building or interior projects.
