**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day civil activities at the high-rise construction site.
- Ensure that the work is executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
- Manage and monitor site labor force and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship.
- Coordinate with Project Manager and Engineers to resolve site issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material consumption logs, and labor deployment registers.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and quality standards at the site.
- Verify materials received on-site for quantity and quality.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring execution of structural and finishing works.
- Conduct routine inspections and report deviations or delays immediately.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil supervision for high-rise residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and structural works.
- Ability to read construction drawings and project specifications.
- Familiarity with safety and quality control standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of managing multiple contractors and handling site pressure.
- Willingness to be stationed full-time at the construction site.
- Previous experience with reputed developers or contractors in G+20 or higher residential towers.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule with high quality standards.
