# Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor

Location: Sadahalli, Bangalore

Experience: 8 years



Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise construction activities, including earthwork, concrete, and finishing work.

2. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes.

3. Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

4. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.

5. Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.

6. Manage and control site resources, including materials, equipment, and labour.

7. Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve technical issues and implement design changes.

Requirements:
1. Diploma/bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

2. Minimum 8 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in residential/commercial projects.

3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.

4. Excellent supervision, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
