Job Title: Site Supervisor

Reports to: Project Manager/Site Manager

Location: MYSURU

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise Construction Activities: Supervise construction activities, including laborers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

2. Ensure Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company safety policies, and industry standards.

3. Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure that construction work meets the required standards.

4. Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager/Site Manager.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

6. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot construction issues and provide solutions to ensure project progress.

7. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, progress reports, and quality control records.

**Requirements**:
1. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction supervision or related field.

3. Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry standards.

4. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.

5. Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate construction teams.

Pay: ₹20,179.76 - ₹26,423.12 per month
