We are seeking an experienced Operations - QC/ Dispatches and Site Manager to oversee the daily operations and quality control of our factory ongoing projects. You will be responsible for managing the site team, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

*Key Responsibilities:*- Manage the site team, including training, development, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards and regulations
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures at the factory with 3 - 5 member team. Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement among your team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze data and metrics to optimize site performance and efficiency and on time GTM ( go to market dispatches)
- Develop and manage budgets and cost control initiatives project wise handed over the Finance team for all material procurements towards packing & transport. Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers
- Drive a culture of safety, quality, and customer focus within the site team. You will need to drive cost cutting by identifying new transporters and dispatch contractors for safe delivery of goods to site. For this you will be working closely with your Accounts team. You should maintain project wise profitability by vendor negotiations on packaging material and transport.You will be involved in our new setting up processes for SAAP Tally prime/ Zoho for raising all stickers for project wise dispatches.Your reporting will be on the same daily software on work status and deliverables.

Should be good in speaking English, kannada, Hindi, Tamil etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,301.23 - ₹22,000.00 per month
