**Job description**

A interior Site supervisor with an excellent knowledge on architectural and interior designing, and with proven track-record of creating successful Site executions in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day to day operations of the Site
- Understanding Execution and GFC Drawings and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.
- To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to stake holders and contractors.
- Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance
- Set project goals and oversee projects to completion
- Communicate with Vendors and contractors effectively regarding the implementation queries
- Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end premium Villas/ Residential & Commercial Projects
- Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well.
- 3 to 5 Years of Experience in the Residential Interior Industry.
- Communication in English and Hindi is Mandatory
- Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
- Experience of Auto-CAD and MS Office is must.
- Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.
