About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of marketing strategy, digital analytics, and digital marketing campaign execution. As part of the Omnichannel Marketing Ops team, you will work on projects that will help global brands understand their customers better, design impactful omnichannel strategies, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
You'll get hands-on experience across customer insights, digital campaign management, and marketing strategy — making this a high-learning role for anyone looking to build a career in digital-first marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Project Management

•Support end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns across channels (Search, Social, Display, Programmatic advertising, etc.).

•Manage timelines, SLAs, and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless execution.

•Track campaign health metrics and drive optimization discussions.
2. Marketing Strategy & Activation

•Collaborate on new offering development and client proposals.

•Contribute to marketing campaigns — from planning to execution across digital channels.

•Assist in developing omnichannel strategies depending on the product life cycle, unmet needs and brand objectives.
3. Customer Insights & Analytics

•Understand and interpret the digital footprints of target audiences.

•Analyze engagement scores, website analytics, and journey touchpoints.

•Uncover insights to identify where to play and how to win in the customer journey.

•Partner with internal and client teams to translate insights into marketing actions.
