Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 
Graphic Designer

to join our creative team. In this role, you will be
responsible for conceptualising, ideating, and designing visually compelling creatives and content

for both Monks Interactive and our diverse range of clients. If you have an eye for aesthetics, a flair for visual storytelling, and can translate brand narratives into engaging designs and content, we'd love to work with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and design static and animated creatives for social media, print, and digital campaigns
  • Support 
    content creation

by developing visually engaging posts, stories, and campaign assets aligned with the messaging
- Create brand-aligned visual assets, including infographics, presentations, media kits, and advertisements
- Work closely with the PR and social media teams to bring campaign ideas to life visually
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms
- Edit and retouch images for use in marketing materials
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visuals fresh and impactful
- Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or creative setting
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc. And familiarity with Canva or similar quick-design tools for rapid turnarounds
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
  • Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs that align with brand messaging
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
  • Availability to join immediately or within a short notice period

  • Experience creating short-form video content, GIFs, or motion graphics
  • A personal interest in branding, advertising, or PR campaigns
