Role & responsibilities - Admin & Purchase Manager
1) Responsible for preparing and maintaining records and reports
2) Co-ordination with top management and enabling office maintenance
3) Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form
4) Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
5) Updating computer records using a database
6) Ordering office supplies/ Stationary management.
7) Maintaining office systems
8) Vendor management
9) Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
10) Supervise & Coordinate with Security, House- keeping & Pantry staff to provide efficient services.
11) Coordinate for printing of ID card, Visiting card and other items as per requirement.
12) Manage hotel reservations for employees, book tickets and coordinate all travel related itinerary.
13) Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and receiving of goods
14) To compare price and negotiate of price
15) To prepare and issue of PO and verify supplier invoice for payment
Preferred candidate profile
Must be graduate
Must have atleast 5-6 years of experience into admin and purchase activities.
Salary upto 6 LPA
