Role Description

This full-time role as a Tekla Modeler – PEMB is based on-site in Mumbai or Pune.

The responsibilities include creating accurate and detailed 3D Tekla structures for pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), collaborating with project engineers and team members to meet project specifications and deadlines and generating detailed fabrication and erection drawings.

Read and interpret MBS/STAAD outputs, design data, and approval drawings.

Apply correct PEMB connections as per AISC/MBMA standards.

Generate GA, shop, and erection drawings with proper BOM and reports.

Manage project settings, part numbering, and model organization.

Perform QC, clash checks, and revisions before final submission.

Prepare and upload all final deliverables – drawings, NC/DXF/KSS files, and reports.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Tekla Structures, 3D modeling, and detailing
  • Experience with structural steel detailing and pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) designs
  • Strong understanding of steel fabrication and erection practices
  • Familiarity with AISC/MBMA codes and US/Canadian project standards.
  • Experience in model sharing, revision control, and multi-user coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Well spoken and written English language
