Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Planning and execution of all type of Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation. Ensuring Top quality service to both internal and external customers
Improve Customer Experience through technical solutions, communication skills, pro-active planning
Demonstrate good technical knowledge of Industrial scales / products
Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs
Take ownership and deliver on the Key performance indicators for business and operations
Responsible to build customer relationship
Lead Industrial Service performance levels by demonstrating organization values through on-field services and through communication skills
Deliver on Good documentation practices as per organization plan.
What You Need to Succeed
* Diploma or B.E in Electronics / Instrumentation with min. 3-5yrs. Experience in similar field
* Sound Knowledge on executing installation and operational qualifications of Instruments as per quality documentation systems and good documentation practices.
* Experience on Weighing Scales would be a added advantage.
* Language proficiency: English - Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must. Other local / regional language proficiency would be an advantage.
* Expected Key Deliverable: Timely PM/Response time /Installation in time/service revenue to be achieved/customer satisfaction/other service Kpi's
