Role Overview

We are looking for a
detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive (Data Research & List Building Specialist)
to strengthen our sales engine by providing high-quality, verified prospect data.

The role focuses purely on
data collection, enrichment, and list accuracy
— not outreach.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to research target companies, identify key decision-makers, and maintain a high-quality database that fuels all outbound campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and
    identify target companies
    across specific industries
  • Build
    accurate, segmented contact lists
    of decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other tools
  • Enrich contact data with relevant fields such as designation, company size, HQ region, LinkedIn URL, email ID, and phone number
  • Ensure data accuracy through periodic verification and duplicate checks
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Growth team to define
    Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
    and refine data collection parameters
  • Generate
    weekly data reports
    and share updates on progress, accuracy, and challenges
  • Stay up to date with new tools, plugins, and databases that improve lead research efficiency

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in
    sales research, lead generation, or market data collection
  • Strong knowledge of
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    ,

    , or similar data tools
  • Ability to conduct
    industry and persona-based research
    independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data management
  • Good understanding of
    B2B technology industries
    is an advantage
  • Self-driven, process-oriented, and disciplined in meeting weekly/daily targets

  • Timely delivery of weekly data batches
