HPLC Handling Specialist:
**Position Overview**:
The HPLC Handling Specialist is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems to ensure accurate and reliable analysis of samples. This role is critical in quality control, research, and product development across industries such as pharmaceuticals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain HPLC systems for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Prepare and calibrate HPLC systems, including mobile phases, columns, and standards.
- Perform sample preparation, injection, and analysis following standard protocols.
- Interpret chromatograms, generate analytical reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GLP, GMP).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with HPLC equipment and software.
- Maintain proper documentation, including analytical reports, logs, and instrument performance records.
- Conduct routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of HPLC systems.
- Assist in method development, optimization, and validation for new or existing analyses.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality management systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC systems, including operation and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of analytical techniques, chromatography principles, and data interpretation.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, ICH guidelines)
- Plan and execute experiments to support research objectives in areas such as drug development, microbiology, or molecular biology.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility.
- Develop new methodologies, techniques, and protocols to enhance research outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, quality control personnel, and regulatory specialists.
- Prepare technical reports, research publications, and presentations to communicate findings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ethical standards in laboratory work.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members or research assistants.
- Engage in grant writing and funding proposals to support research projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
