Role Overview

We're building a next-generation legal platform that connects clients with the right lawyers

through smart technology, while overseeing the work flow. We're looking for a Co-Founder &

Head of Legal Operations to shape our legal strategy, lead client communications, and drive

operational excellence.

This role requires a seasoned legal professional with minimum 5 years' litigation experience

across property, domestic, matrimonial, family, inheritance, consumer, civil, and criminal

matters, coupled with strong operational leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Every possible effort is first made to get the best outcomes outside of traditional courts. Matters

assigned may be pan-India.

We are not looking for an employee, we are looking for a partner in our growth who can

take ownership and has a can-do mindset.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and manage litigation matters across property, domestic, matrimonial, family,

inheritance, consumer, civil, and criminal law.

● Build trust with clients — managing relationships from first contact to resolution.

● Oversee onboarding and collaboration with lawyers across practice areas.

● Implement technology that streamlines case management, communication, and

lawyer-client matching.

● Set up efficient legal workflows, compliance protocols, and service delivery standards.

● Contribute as a founding leader to company vision, culture, and growth.

Qualifications ● Min. 5 years' litigation experience handling diverse legal matters. ● Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills. ● Tech-friendly mindset — comfortable exploring and integrating legal tech tools. ● Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment. ● High integrity, discretion, and professional ethics.
