Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning & Scheduling:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.

  • Monitor progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performance.

  • Cost Control & Budgeting:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.

  • Track expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

  • Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Maintain a risk register and update regularly.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

  • Generate periodic progress reports for stakeholders.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of project changes, delays, and cost impacts.

  • Coordination:

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution.

  • Liaise with contractors and vendors for timely delivery of materials and services.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in project controls for building or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and cost control software (Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
