Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Lead located in Lucknow. The Project Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. This includes managing project teams, reporting on project outcomes, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves working closely with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Project management, team leadership, and planning skills
  • Experience with logistics, supply chain, and operations management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Ability to work on-site in Lucknow
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP certification is a plus
