Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Co-founder with Investment at Dubu Bakery, located in Lucknow. The Co-founder will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing growth strategies, overseeing marketing and sales efforts, and ensuring high product quality standards. Additionally, the Co-founder will work closely with the team to create and execute new projects, manage financial planning, and foster a positive company culture.

  • Business Management, Strategic Planning, and Financial Management skills
  • Marketing, Sales, and Brand Development experience
  • Operations Management and Quality Control expertise
  • Leadership, Communication, and Team Collaboration skills
  • Experience in the bakery or food industry is a plus
