Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive at Bandhan Bank, located in Bihar, India. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day banking operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and enhancing operational efficiency. Key tasks include managing customer service functions, handling transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies. The role requires close coordination with different departments, effective communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
