Purpose of Role/Job Summary:

This position is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote a company's products and services

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (ads, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
  • To manage and maintain the companys owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software.
  • To Prepare Budget for digital marketing campaign
  • To manage social media marketing and digital advertising campaigns.
  • To set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
  • To Work with other teams, such as sales, content, and customer service, to ensure campaigns are effective
  • To respond promptly on the customer queries on the official website or social media platforms.
  • Coordinate to prepare customer testimonials by visiting the plants and Kumar facilities as needed, capturing photographs, and preparing event-related videos.

Work Experience and Skills:

5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing platform from EPC companies specialised in Oil and Fats consist of turnkey solutions, oil mill mechanical & solvent extraction plants, refining Oils& fats processing, Oleo chemical, Bio diesel, Feed mills in Manufacturing industry.

  • Strong sales and product knowledge of technical aspects and data driven mindset
  • Social media marketing experience in objective definition, audience segments, ads, and events creation.
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and people skills
  • Core Skills – Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Branding, Social media Optimization, Software tools in developing contents / Videos etc.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree Engineering / MBA – Marketing
  • Experience with graphic design and content production.
