Position 1: Associate Advocate (Full-Time)

Experience:

The Law Suits, led by Advocate S. Bhimani, is looking for a skilled and motivated
Associate Advocate
to join our dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate should have solid courtroom exposure, strong drafting and research skills, and the ability to independently manage matters in District Courts, State Commission, and High Court.

Responsibilities:

  • Appearances before High Court, Consumer Fora, RERA, Civil and Criminal Courts
  • Drafting of legal pleadings, agreements, and notices
  • Case research and client advisory
  • Coordination with clients, counsels, juniors, and clerks

Requirements:

  • Law graduate with a valid Sanad
  • Minimum 5 years of litigation experience
  • Strong command over English (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with court procedures in Maharashtra

Position 2: Legal Interns

Eligibility:
4th or 5th year (5-year course) or final year (3-year course)

Location:
Andheri West, Mumbai (Physical Internship preferred)

We are also onboarding
legal interns
who are eager to learn and contribute to real-time litigation. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to court visits, drafting, research, client meetings, and office management.
